Technical support

Include your account email, generation ID, browser, the action that failed, and the exact error message. Do not send passwords, Google authentication codes, complete payment-card details, or API secrets.

Billing and refunds

Include the account email and Stripe order, invoice, payment, or subscription identifier. Refund requests must follow the Refund Policy and should use the subject “Refund Request”.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy Request” and state whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy. We may need to verify control of the affected account before disclosing or deleting data.

Copyright and content reports

Include the relevant URL or generation ID, identify the protected work or policy concern, explain the requested action, and provide contact information for follow-up. Do not submit false or misleading reports.
