Content Policy

This policy applies to uploaded source material, prompts, character descriptions, generated assets, exports, and other activity performed through Sprite Sheet Maker.

1. Rights to submitted material

Submit only material you own or are authorised to use. Do not upload copyrighted artwork, game characters, logos, personal images, confidential files, or other protected material when you lack the required permission.

2. Prohibited content and activity

Do not use the service to create, transform, store, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, infringes intellectual-property rights, promotes counterfeit goods, or facilitates unlawful activity.
• Sexualises, exploits, endangers, grooms, or depicts abuse of a child or apparent child.
• Promotes hatred, dehumanisation, harassment, threats, self-harm, terrorism, organised criminal activity, or cruelty.
• Contains explicit sexual services, non-consensual intimate material, or sexual content involving an identifiable person without consent.
• Provides instructions for weapons, explosives, malware, credential theft, surveillance abuse, fraud, or evasion of security controls.
• Impersonates a person or organisation, deceives users about origin or endorsement, or uses manipulated media to mislead people about elections or matters of public concern.
• Reveals private, biometric, financial, authentication, or other sensitive information without lawful authority.
• Attempts to bypass content safeguards, usage limits, payment controls, or service security.

3. Generated assets

Generated assets may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to third-party material, or unsuitable for publication. Review every output before use. You remain responsible for attribution, permissions, age ratings, disclosures, and other requirements that apply to your project.

4. Commercial publication

A paid commercial licence does not grant rights to trademarks, characters, artwork, personal likenesses, or other material owned by third parties. Commercial users must maintain adequate rights to all source and reference material and must review generated assets for potential conflicts.

5. Enforcement

We may block a request, remove stored material, restrict generation, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report activity when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, or comply with law. Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without restoration of promotional credits.

6. Reporting

Report copyright, safety, impersonation, or abuse concerns to support@spritesheet-maker.com. Include the relevant URL, asset or generation ID, a description of the issue, and evidence that supports the report.
