Pricing & Credits FAQ
You pay the displayed annual total once per year. Credits are added monthly throughout the subscription, so a yearly plan does not issue all 12 months of credits at once. Starter adds 200 credits each month. Pro adds the monthly amount selected with the slider.
Monthly plans are charged once per month and add the full credit allowance each month. Starter includes 200 credits for $29.9 per month. Pro starts at 400 credits for $39.9 per month, with higher allowances available from the slider.
Stripe opens a hosted confirmation page showing the amount due before you pay. An immediate upgrade is prorated for the time left in your current billing period. Your new plan and any additional subscription credits are applied only after Stripe confirms that the invoice was paid.
No Stripe payment page is required. After you confirm the change on this page, the downgrade is scheduled for your next renewal date. Your current plan, credit allowance, and paid access remain active until then. Because you keep those benefits for the full paid period, the downgrade does not create a cash refund or account credit.
When an upgrade takes effect during a billing period, Stripe calculates only the price difference for the time remaining in that period. Stripe shows the exact amount before payment. Scheduled downgrades do not use proration because they take effect at the next renewal.
Switching from Monthly to Annual opens Stripe confirmation and takes effect after payment. After you confirm an Annual-to-Monthly change on this page, it is scheduled for the annual renewal date, with the Annual plan remaining active until then. Moving to a lower credit allowance follows the same confirmation and renewal-date schedule.
Yes. Subscription credits can accumulate up to three times your monthly allowance. A 400-credit Pro plan can hold up to 1,200 subscription credits, while Starter can hold up to 600. Any amount above the cap expires when the next monthly allowance is added.
No. Credits purchased through Buy Credits remain available until you use them. They are tracked separately from subscription credits and are not affected by the subscription rollover cap.
Subscription credits are used before permanent credit pack credits. This protects the credits that never expire while helping you use subscription credits before they reach the rollover cap.
Yes. Credit packs can be added whenever you need extra capacity. Your monthly subscription allowance continues on its normal schedule, and purchased pack credits remain in your account until used.
Cancel renewal anytime to stop the next charge and future monthly credit grants. Your subscription remains active through the period already paid for. Permanent credits purchased through Buy Credits are unaffected.
Paid plans and credit packs include a commercial license for generated assets. Pro also includes priority processing, private projects, and API access for larger production workflows.
